LSF – Lightweight Study Format & tools

Matrix

Status: Completed

Successfully set up and configured a Matrix server for secure communication, with coturn, and WhatsApp and Discord bridges.

Duck

Status: In Progress

A lightweight compatibility tool for TUI and basic apps using local binaries to save space, avoiding containerization. A long-term project I want to work on over a long period.

Odyssey

Status: Completed

Media stack for movies, TV shows, and music, powered by Jellyfin, Jellyseerr, Navidrome & Audett (in-house tool).

Sandbox

Status: Completed

A Jupyter server for data analysis, experimentation, and messing around.

Keystone

Status: Completed

Unified login system (SSO) to manage access to all services using LDAP.

Prism

Status: Deprecated (archived)

A universal orchestrator and server management tool for all my servers.

Status: Completed

Multiple NAS for file storage and backups for the entire community network.

• Fully operational

Bootleg Parallel Server

Status: Operational

A rack of multiple low-power mini Optiplexes in a cluster. Used for embarrassingly parallel simulations and long-term computation over weeks.

• Assembled 14/10/2025; now finished and in active use
• May make projects on this server its own site since there is so much cool stuff I want to do with it.

Acqua Calda

Framework for high-performance DEM for heat transfer simulations in Julia.
